EXPERIENCE

Our management team has over 50 years of combined experience designing and manufacturing rubber and plastic parts. We have a working knowledge of most elastomers, both thermoset and thermoplastic. Design experience is available to assist in material selection , part design, or mold design.

MATERIALS

Newact stocks a wide variety of plastic and rubber materials. Sheet goods, rod stock, custom rubber compounds, high and low temperature materials, and O-rings are just some of the materials we stock. We work with our customers to maintain our inventories so that we can respond to their needs.

EQUIPMENT

Rubber Products: 50 ton thru 200 ton molding presses, roll grinder, stamping presses, extruder, complete tool and mold shop with 3-axis CAD/CAM capability.
Plating Danglers and Equipment: 100 ton to 150 ton molding presses, cable cutting, punching and forming presses, machine shop.
Plastic Products: Injection Molding Presses, CNC Routers with 5’ X 10’ travel, 3-axis CNC machining centers, CNC Lathe, Fabricating Equipment.

PRODUCTS

Rubber seals, grommets, rubber to metal and rubber to plastic molding, gaskets, rollers, and cable assemblies. Plating danglers, crossovers, sprockets, and other parts for the plating industry. Molded or machined plastic parts are available in small or large lots.
